MURDER UNDER THE BIG TOP

Friday & Saturday, February 25 & 26, 2011 @ 6:00 PM

Pattaya Players (Home of Pattaya's Professional Amateurs) invites you to attend their latest murder mystery dinner production entitled, "Murder Under the Big Top" at Le Café Royale in Pattayaland Soi 3 in South Pattaya on Friday, February 25th and Saturday, February 26th. This production (being touted as "The Deadliest Show On Earth!") is the sixth of their uniquely interactive theatrical offerings, written by Tom Chiodo and directed by Mike Pence. Upon arrival, each guest will be given a character name and bio and will be encouraged to interact with cast members who will be milling about -- though they may also choose to just sit back and enjoy the show. In Pattaya Players tradition, prizes will be given to the most accurate as well as the most creative sleuths of the evening!

Synopsis: The circus is in town. The Flying Bambinos and The Flying Ivanovitches, rival trapeze artists, face off in a deadly act of daring feats. Tino Bambino and Princess Pinky are engaged and will be married over their fathers' dead bodies. The world of gypsies and circus performers with their strange customs is a breeding ground for deadly escapades. The zany combination of gorillas, lion tamers, clowns, kidnappings, calliopes and fortune tellers leads to mirth and mayhem in this three ringed circus charmer of a mystery.

Much like Pattaya Players' past successful murder mysteries, "Murder Under the Big Top" is played strictly for laughs. Audience members are encouraged to dress fancily (as if attending, or part of a circus!) and interact with the guests and players as the plot unfolds around them. During the play, the audience is also asked to join in by studying clue cards, which may reveal the identity of the killer.

The show runs only two nights and tickets must be purchased in advance as seating is limited. To purchase tickets either stop by Le Café Royale during regular restaurant hours or email us at pattayaplayers@gmail.com. The doors will open at 6:30 pm. The cost for an entire evening of food and fun is just 800 Baht per person (exluding beverages).

The buffet menu for the evening will be as follows...

Cream of Mushroom Soup

2. Main Courses:
