festivals...PHUKET PRIDE which literally "hits the streets" from April
23rd through to April 28th.
Each consectutive year after the festival's humble beginnings in the
year 2000, it has seen greater numbers of local Phuket residents and
international gay visitors attending, with 2011 boasting a figure of
almost 10,000.
